What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you sign up with us or place an order for products or services via this website. This will be the contact information you submit for these purposes.

We also collect information when you embark on a coaching programme, psychometric or other assessment, or other development service with us. This information will be collected during the initial consultation and during each development session. This will include your contact information as provided and may also include personal and professional information you share with us for the purpose of your development programme such as psychometric results, your development goals, notes regarding your professional or personal situation, concerns and aspirations, your progress and actions. All notes and reports are confidential to you and your coach/consultant, are stored securely, and securely destroyed after three years. We collect information about you to deliver your development services, process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
