Sarah Jaggers Leadership Coach

I am a professional leadership coach and coaching psychologist working for much of the week with my corporate clients through my business Managing Change.

I am often asked to coach clients on the same development areas and themes but on a private basis. So now, in addition to my corporate work, I take on a limited number of private clients at any one time – providing the same expert, highly professional and

confidential development services. As an independent ‘outsider’, I have no agenda and no pre-conceived ideas about you; my role is simply to help you to achieve your professional goals.

I have been coaching men and women in the workplace for over fifteen years at all levels including leaders, C-suite executives and managers for a range of companies from global multinationals to start-ups.  Being able to understand and achieve one’s potential leads to significant organisational achievement and deep personal fulfilment. My role is to help people discover their strengths and capabilities, supporting them in the process of realising their potential, achieving stretch targets and overcoming obstacles on the way.

I combine eighteen years senior management experience with extensive psychological training to provide challenging, creative and pragmatic leadership coaching. My senior management roles in technology and financial services included global responsibility for strategy and service delivery, and I successfully led and delivered major organisational change programmes. As a senior coach, I operate as “critical friend” ensuring that real business benefit and personal value is achieved in a supportive way. I am described as being straightforward, open and confident in approach, making my clients feel they are in good, trusted hands.

I have B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology, an MBA, and M.Sc in Occupational Psychology, and considerable senior management experience.

My sector experience includes Financial Services, Law, Technology, Biotech/Pharma/Science, Professional Services, Local and Central Government, Consultancy, Education and Academic, Publishing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Utilities, Charities and NFPs, Defence and Automotive.

I am passionate about the value of good coaching and the catalytic effects it can have on performance, job satisfaction and personal fulfilment and a strong advocate for coaching based on evidence-based psychological knowledge.

I am based in Cambridge, UK and work throughout the English-speaking world.
