I am a professional leadership and executive coach and coaching psychologist working for much of the week with my corporate clients through my business Managing Change.
I am often asked to coach clients on the same development areas and themes but on a private basis. So now, in addition to my corporate work, I take on a limited number of private clients at any one time – providing the same expert, highly professional and confidential development services. As an independent ‘outsider’, I have no agenda and no pre-conceived ideas about you; my role is simply to help you to explore your potential and achieve your goals.
I have been coaching men and women in the workplace for over eighteen years at senior levels including C-suite executives, directors and managers for a wide range of companies.
I combine eighteen years of senior management experience in technology and financial services with extensive psychological training to provide challenging, creative and pragmatic leadership development. I have B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology, an MBA and M.Sc in Occupational Psychology, and considerable senior management experience.
